Return Policy and Warranty

We will size your walking cane as per your order.

• Unmodified and undamaged canes may be returned for a full credit (less shipping & handling costs) to be used toward the purchase of another Cool Cane within 10 days of receipt of the item. 

• Canes must be returned in “as new” condition as determined by Cool Canes Inc.

• We are unable to offer refunds for canes due to incorrect sizing. 

All Cool Canes are fully warrantied for 6 months from date of purchase against manufacturer’s defects. 

Not covered under warranty:   Intentional damage, use of the cane other than as a typical assistive device or accessory outside the design scope, normal wear and tear, damage from dropping or mishandling.
