Each one begins by being machined individually, using the highest grade billet aluminum for maximum strength and perfection. Then it is powdercoated which is a superior finish involving a very tough coloring process. And each process is quality controlled then back to machining for the fine detail and completing with a thorough and exact highly polished finish. We thread each section rather than pressing for maximum strength and durability. This unique way of designing connection points makes all Cool Canes completely interchangeable with each other - upper shafts, lower shafts and handles!
